Your crashes are being caused by your avast anti virus:

Code:
*******************************************************************************
*                                                                             *
*                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
*                                                                             *
*******************************************************************************

Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

BugCheck C2, {7, 109b, 5030120, fffff8a00d4c16b0}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for aswSnx.SYS

Probably caused by : aswSnx.SYS ( aswSnx+3ba69 )

Followup: MachineOwner
---------
aswSnx.SYS

I would reccomend removing it with the Avast! Removal Tool and then replacing it with Microsoft Security Essentials
