BSOD after FL Studio freeze & Adobe audition recording.

My computer starting getting a BSOD recently and this is the first time it's happened. It only occurs in two programs:

    FL Studio v10.0.9
    Adobe Audition 3.0

    FL Studio:
When I playback my music/composition or press the stop button the program used to freeze. Now the program will freeze and crash resulting in the BSOD. It would be random.
The last crash I got from the program came from me opening the settings tab in my Native-Instruments Kontakt player.

    Adobe Audition:
I had one crash in adobe audition where as I was recording through my "What you Hear" input the program froze and then suddenly crashed my system.

I need a proper diagnosis. Whenever I get the BSOD it will only stay up for a few seconds before restarting the computer, so I don't have time to read the error descriptions.

    Thanks for any support,
    Adam

Do you have some type of WDM USB Audio adapter or device? The driver below isn't playing nice with the interface to the program FL.EXE. You might check with the manufacturer of the device or Creative (author of the driver) and see if there's updates.

    Loaded symbol image file: ksaud.sys
    Image path: ksaud.sys
    Image name: ksaud.sys
    Timestamp: Wed Aug 11 09:51:46 2010 (4C62B902)

You only have one dump in your upload and the rest of the files aren't readable. Follow the directions at the top of the page exactly and resubmit the BSOD zip.

Im not familar with the term WDM but I have 2 usb devices that are always plugged in. My Creative Soundblaster Usb X-FI GO PRO portable soundcard and my cisco usb wireless adapter. I also have my steinberg ci1 usb audio interface device but I only use it when I make a recording.

On another note, I keep getting errors when I run or get to the "DXDIAG" after the Grab All button. (Ran as Administrator) Thats why I included a snapshot of the error. But now I can see why the txt files aren't readable, theres no text in them =[. Apparently the diagnostic tool didn't copy anything to them. odd. anyway here is a reupload for now with another dump i was able to get from it. and i included crash reports from another program i use.

I unplugged my soundblaster device and went back to my Realtek onboard audio. Going to trial this out to see if I continue to get crashes. Otherwise...it looks like I will have to shy away from Creative products. Personally for what I do I think the m-audio delta would be the answer. However I still want to look into this ksaud.sys issue.
