BSOD IRQL not less or equal.

I get this a lot since a week or two ago. Any idea what this means?

It is likely a memory issue, not just RAM. Try these tests untill a BSOD team member can help you.
Some hardware tests to run.

Graphics card:
Video Card Stress Test with Furmark

Hard drive(s):
Pick one for your HDD brand or use Seatools.
7 Free Hard Drive Testing Software Tools

RAM (memory):
This will require memtest on a bootable CD or USB stick.
RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Code:
BugCheck A, {0, 2, 0, fffff80002e8f242}

Probably caused by : dxgmms1.sys ( dxgmms1!VidMmiProcessTerminationCommand+5f )
Code:
Usual causes: Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility
Run Driver Verifier to scan for any corrupted drivers which may be causing problems, this program works by running various stress tests on drivers, in order to produce a BSOD which will locate the driver; run for least 24 hours: Additional Help - Using Driver Verifier to identify issues with Drivers

Upload .NFO file:

You can use your computer as you normally would, just leave your computer turned on while your not using it.

Could please upload your .NFO file, it's much easier than going through the .dmps and then filtering through a list of drivers.

Have enabled Driver Verifier yet? Please upload the .NFO file so I can see the dates of your drivers.

Your BIOS seems very old, it's best to update with the latest version if possible:

Code:
BIOS Version/Date	Dell Inc. A02, 23/12/2009
Remove:

Code:
Start Menu\Programs\AVG
Use the offical uninstaller tool provided by AVG:Install and perform full scans with: Remember to install the free version of Malwarebytes not the free trail; untick the free trial box during installation. MSE is the most lightweight and compatible with the Windows 7 operating system.
