Driver crash playing Fallout, error 0x00000117 Hello,
i was having freezing issues with some games but after re-installing windows and using the drivers that came with Clevo its fixed but now i am having Nvidia driver crash while playing Bethesda games like Fallout 3 , Fallout:New Vegas or Oblivion , i posted on Nvidia forums but couldnt get any help. It seems TDR issue but i have this laptop for 3 years and i never had issues back then , i really have no idea what happened.
I found crash dumps ,maybe they will tell something and help to solve this.
Thank you.
My thread on Nvidia forums: https://forums.geforce.com/default/t...recovered-34-/
P.S.: -0224 dump came from Fallout 3 , 0234 one is from New Vegas | My System Specs |

Let us know the results. Please read the Nvidia forum link , as i said i tried last 6-7 drivers including latest (310.90). This one 186.47 is recommended by my laptop provider also more stable than latest ones, this one only cause crash with Bethesda games while latest also cause that with Bethesda games plus Dead Space, F1 2012, Guild 2.
I'll try to clean boot right now, maybe some software or service conflict causing the issue.

Have you tried 306.23? That thread does not indicate that.
As far as I have experienced, this version never fails itself, other than a hardware failure. You may search on this forum, crashes and debugging section for evidences. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Self Assembled OS Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit SP 1 CPU Intel Core i3 2120 @ 3.30GHz Motherboard Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. I am sorry, i misread 306.23 with 306.97. I tried that , it still crashes but .dmp shows 2 more reasons for the crash (dxgkrnl.sys and NDproxy.sys). I downloaded DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer and tried to update DirectX but it says i have newest one. I also tried clean boot but nothing changed. | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 |
