Kernel,small or complete dump files?

Please excuse ignorance on this.
What dump files are required to post with a bsod thread?
My computer is configured for "kernal memory dump".
I have 3 files in mini dump and I am not sure how to open
them.
I have read I can drag them to desktop?
This might be over my head ,not sure
Thanks in advanced

Hi Vaper,

Here are the instuctions you need to configure windows for "mini dumps":

Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

Also once configured, please post your files following this guide:

Hope this helps

Thanks,I think I found the problem.
There was a piece of paper right under one of the air intake vents.
I'm sure it must of been overheating,I haven't had a crash all day
Going to download speccy to keep an eye on it
Thanks again!
