System Crash then a Reboot especially when shutting down

Started happening about a week ago. I thought at first maybe a virus or malware attack which it could well be. I always update and run my AV and Malware software and nothing is being detected. Tried running the AV in Safemode but it's not able to but Malwarebytes does and finds nothing. Other then a once and awhile crash and about 80-90% on shut down I will get a crash and reboot forcing me to hard shut down when the system is restarting to finally shut down.......yikes !
Thank you in advance for taking a look at this!

    Hello Alan.

Apparently your problem is Aladdin USB Key HASP Driver. It is also associated with also associated w/Antec Liquid Cooling software.
    Code:
    fffff880`0b4257b8 fffff880`0734176bUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\AseUSBCC.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for AseUSBCC.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for AseUSBCC.sys
     AseUSBCC+0x376b
    And it is extremely old.
    Code:

Try to update it from Downloads and Developer Kits | SafeNet.

Edit: Update the BulkUsb Driver too. http://www.bulkusb.com.au/

Do some general USB maintenance. For the port, first, uninstall and reinstall the USB ports drivers.

    1. Right click on Computer icon > manage. It will open the computer management window.
    2. Click on "Device Manager" in the left pane, it will list all installed devices up.
    3. Expand "USB Serial Bus Controllers" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
    4. Click on one item to select, then right click and uninstall.
    5. Do the same for all.
    6. Restart the computer.
    7. At restart, windows will auto configure the appropriate drivers.

And, Disable USB Selective Suspense too.
USB Selective Suspend - Turn On or Off

For the devices, first, detach all the USB devices other than the keyboard and mouse.
Then, Update the drivers for them all, including the keyboard and mouse, if any third party drivers are installed for them.

There are some other things, but I think you can deal with them well :) Let us know the results.

Tried several things to no avail. The links provided proved difficult to navigate to any usable updates but I just took a chance and updated my Samsung Galaxy Note smart phones USB driver and restarted with no issues. I'll watch this over the next week and this may be the issue. Archie thanks a million, I'll keep this open for a few more days and report back if solved or not ! Cheers, A

From the latest crash dump, it is the same problem as indicate earlier.
    Code:

Take it as a test. If you dont attach the BulkUSB device ( I dont know what it is), does it still crash?

The MSI Bloatware you have installed are problematic, too. Specially the charger one.
    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\MSI
    Start Menu\Programs\MSI\AudioGenie
    Start Menu\Programs\MSI\ControlCenter
    Start Menu\Programs\MSI\Live Update 5
    Start Menu\Programs\MSI\MSI SUITE
    Start Menu\Programs\MSI\Super-Charger
    Start Menu\Programs\MSI\VideoGenie
Some TCPIP and NETIO triggers are available in the dumps. Hints to some network problems, but not very precise.
Update these driver. This is very old.

IMO in this situation it is better to uninstall Trend Micro, and to Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

    Let us know :)

Well, My rig is just shutting down better, but still will crash from time to time but hasn't but one time since posting. I hope the rig is healing it's self? No luck yet with identifying the usb culprit but I will continue to chip away at it. Odd is the system is running crazy good !
