Windows 7: BSOD 0xC2, 0x3B in ndis.sys, W7 x64

Windows XP (32-bit), Windows Vista (32-bit)

BSOD 0xC2, 0x3B in ndis.sys, W7 x64

Please find attached two crash dumps. I've tried to analyse them myself but it seems that every item on the stack are windows system components. My suspicions (based on looking at the crashdumps suggest firewall, networking driver, anti-virus or hardware related) but I wondered if there was any more specific evidence in these dumps?

At the moment I am not using the computer in question to post this from, but if there is any more information I'll try to get it.

Thanks in advance
