    BSOD a a regular basis now


    New here,hope I followed all the rules and dotted my i's n crossed my t's.
    Pretty much been getting BSOD since this computer was built for me
    Any help would be great

    Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!KiSystemServiceExit+245 )

    Usual causes:  Device driver
    A driver was trying to return back to User mode, when it's IRQL (currently at Dispatch_Level) was greater than Passive_Level, it seemed to crash on your Avast program and this may be the problem.

    Code:
    PROCESS_NAME:  AvastSvc.exe
    Remove:

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\avast! Free Antivirus
    Use the official uninstaller:

    Install and perform full scans with:

    Remember to install the free version of Malwarebytes not the free trail; untick the free trial box during installation. MSE is the most lightweight and compatible with the Windows 7 operating system.

    I uninstalled Avast
    Installed Malwarebytes (found 12 "threats")
    Installed Microsoft security Essentials

    Yes I removed the 12 threats with malawarebyte
    did not see that option

    Leave this thread open for a few days and then report back if you have had any problems.
