Windows 7: Sign in wont load

Sign in wont load

Help!!!!

I have tried everything short if completely reinstalling windows that j know how to do. My computer won't load anything past the floral blue background screen. I have. Tried safe mode And recovery but nothing happens except that my mouse shows up. I need to backup my pictures before I completely reinstall, is there another way to do this they are the pics of my so. For the last 3 mo tha and are so important I really don't want to loose them.

First make it sure that the 100 MB hidden System Reserved partition is marked as active. Follow either Method 2 or Method 3 of the tutorial Partition - Mark as Active. If any other partition is marked as active there, let us know.

Then follow it:

Or, run Startup Repair for three separate times, with restarts after every single run.

I don't have a disc right now and none of my other computers run 7 is there another way?

Download the Windows 7 ISO for your licensed version. Make a bootable USB flash stick using Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool, or burn it in a blank DVD.
