Sometimes drivers remain, not completely uninstalled. Follow this tutorial for complete removal of drivers of the particular program:
    Microsoft Security Essentials.

Recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability compared to other antiviruses/internet security software. It is free and lightweight:-
       Warning
Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

    Perform a System File Check:
    1. Click on the start
    2. Type CMD on Search
    3. Left click and Run as Administrator
    4. Type SFC /scannow

    Full tutorial here:

Disk Check on your hard drive for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

Reduce items at start-up. Nothing except anti-virus is required plus improves the time for logging in windows.

    Code:
    Wersja	6.1.7600 Kompilacja 7600
Install all updates including Service Pack 1:

Go to this link: Intel® Driver Update Utility Check the system for latest updates, download and install them one by one.

    Let us know the results.

SP1 trough Windows Update did not install i think, trying to download full installer.
Intel Drivers still dont want to install - it hangs for long time, then error appears. Avast uninstalled, when i'll get SP1 full installer then i'll post logs here again.

Intel driver still crashes, same as card reader.
Also there is a problem with installin Java and some other programs, there is always MSI or DLL problem, saying 'file is corrupt'...

Upload a screenshot of your hard disk using CrystalDiskInfo and Summary tab using Speccy:

Make a hard drive test from the hard drive manufacturers website:

Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

Have you checked for dust/debris in your PC?

Yes, PC is clean inside, i've been cleaning it like 2 or 3 weeks ago. Also this Asus is kind of dust-free type, after half year from buying it, it was pretty clean.
Going to scan HDD right now.

Crystal is done. That stuff to burn on CD - burned, booted, RM-DOS or sth like that is loading, then black screen and notebook hangs.
chkdsk on both partitions with full scan - zero bad blocks, zero filesystem errors...

Also noticed other 'feature', when i plug USB flash drive or HDD, it appears after about 5 minutes from inserting it.
Event log in windows got lots of ! with too long run time of some system apps...

    EDIT: Added screenshot in english.
