SFC cannot and shouldnot cause any harm. It is just a mechanism to repair the corrupted system files.

You try the startup repair again .... for three times. If still failed, go for a clean reinstall.

For securing your data, follow Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console.

Can I repair from Windows 7 Disk? Wouldn't it erase my personal data?

You cannot repair install if you cannot boot to desktop.

Do the copy paste in recovery console technique, save all the important data to any other partition or to an external device; and perform a clean install.

I think due to SFC my system harmed, because may be infected file which were removed by AV was restored by SFC and these files did harmed my system. BTW now I repaired and installed Windows 7 Ultimate version and I am happy with my new clean Win and I installed AVAST AV for virus detection. Do you want share or help me to secure my system for future problems. :)

There is a same issue occuring. I upgraded .NET framework to 4.5version but when running Systeminfo.exe same error appearing which screenshot posted earlier.

Its just a not probleming with systeminfo also with Microsoftfixit(etc).run like (audioplayback or audiorecoder). I want fix my microphone which is not responding and also drivers are working finely. BTW Speccy worked and I got to know that .net framwork is not updated but I was installed perfectly from setup file which I downloaded from Filehippo. Screenshot is attached for .net framework. By Speccy I am updating my system info.
