Win 7 x64 Home Premium (and x86 VirtualBox VM)
Wales - probably in the pub

The installation is counterfeit.
The Key and SLIC table are from an HP - the machine is a Lenovo, so an Activation Exploit has been used to bypass activation and validation requirements.
You need to reformat and reinstall using genuine media.

First, make sure that you possess genuine media - where did you get your current install from?

Is there a COA sticker on the case, or not? If not, then you'll have to buy a full license.
If there is a COA sticker, for what version and edition of Windows is it valid?
