BSOD playing Battlefield 3, just started yesterday error 0000000000091

I've owned Battlefield 3 since November and just up until yesterday I haven't had any problems with the game. Within the past two days I've experienced two BSOD's while playing the game online and gotten the same error message in both cases. I feel like if I was to play the game more I'd probably get more BSOD's as I don't think this problem is going away on its own.

"A device driver attempting to corrupt the system has been caught. The faulty driver currently on the kernel stack must be replaced with a working version." This is the message that I've gotten both times.

I do have a Nvidia graphics card installed with the latest drivers, 310.90, and it's a Geforce GT 650M.

I can't think of a reason why this would be happening, I haven't upgraded or overclocked, or installed any new drivers except for the aforementioned 310.90 driver which was recent (maybe within the past week or so since I installed it). It's a laptop computer. I purchased it in October and encountered one blue screen the second day I owned it, but these two blue screens seem unrelated to the first one. It was all good and peaceful for 3 months until now...

Since I'm a bit of a noob with BSOD's, I don't want to tinker with anything until I'm absolutely sure of what I'm doing. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes I do have Daemon Tools and Avast! installed, but I don't see why they would suddenly be contributing to blue screens 2-3 months after I've installed them.

Terribly sorry to say but after taking a look at your crash dumps it does appear that it is the new Nvidia card driver that is causing the problem. it is a lovely set of bad drivers that Nvidia released during December and has been causing fun problems for us since release. Best advice roll back your drivers to what they were before the blue screens started.

BSOD Playing Battlefield 3, this has happened before

...This is really starting to piss me off. I go for a month without getting a Blue Screen and today, all of a sudden, I get one while playing Battlefield 3. I had this same issue a month ago, when I got two BSOD's playing the game, and I posted my problem here and was told to rollback to an earlier version of a Nvidia driver, so I did, that eliminated the Blue Screens but it introduced other crashes while playing Battlefield 3, so I updated to a beta driver 313.96, still got crashes, so I updated Punkbuster for Battlefield 3. That seemed to solve the crashing problems, until now. Just a week ago, I updated to the latest Nvidia driver, 314.07, and now I got another BSOD.

I don't understand why this came back to haunt me! I thought it was all good. I'm starting to think this problem is never EVER going to go away now. It's so freaking stupid.

My dump files will be included, though I don't expect anything to be solved. At this point the only solution I can see would be to replace the hard drive or the computer, as I don't have the patience for this AT ALL.

Try updating the driver again, beta drivers can be very buggy and looking on Nvidia's website there is a non-beta driver that came out on the 18th give that one a shot and see if there are still problems. If there Are still problems my next thought would be you are using a laptop for gaming and this could mean if it is not properly allowed to ventilate that it is over heating, which is a big problem with gaming laptops so try raising it up so that there is more airflow under the laptop.

Also please do not bump your threads, the annalists subscribed to the thread receive email notifications when you post I have been warned that you will be banned if you

"I updated to the latest Nvidia driver, 314.07, and now I got another BSOD." This IS the driver that came out on Feb 18 you know. What is with these drivers?? They seem so glitchy these days. As for adequate ventilation I put my laptop on a desk, and my temperatures never exceed 80 degrees Celsius. I can play for hours without any problems. One thing I could do is to rollback to driver 306.97 which came out in October but I'm hesitant to do so because I know that it's usually a good thing to have the latest driver.

Do you or anyone else have any explanations as to why these drivers might be causing BSOD in only Battlefield 3? Could it be the bumpy game itself?

As for the bumping, I was getting impatient because this new BSOD shook me up quite a bit, as I thought the problem was solved. As for getting banned, it doesn't matter, I have multiple email accounts.
