debug - Notepad on start up of the system

In every start up of the system I get this message in a notepad file:

    [0203/204738:WARNING:dns_config_service_win.cc(481)] Failed to read DnsConfig.
    [0203/204739:WARNING:dns_config_service_win.cc(481)] Failed to read DnsConfig.
    [0203/223251:WARNING:dns_config_service_win.cc(481)] Failed to read DnsConfig.
    [0203/223254:WARNING:dns_config_service_win.cc(481)] Failed to read DnsConfig.
    [0204/005626:WARNING:backend_impl.cc(1609)] Messed up entry found.
    [0204/005626:WARNING:backend_impl.cc(1895)] Destroying invalid entry.

Following tips from another forum, I've flushed DNS cache. Didn't help.

Any ideas how to solve it and what may have caused this error?

    Hi Naj,

Check under your Start Menu > All programs

There should be a program folder called “startup” in there.
All files listed in that folder is also executed on system startup.
Check to see if the notepad file is in there?
If so, remove it and that should solve your problem.
    Reboot.

    Post any outcome
    Cheers

    Hi Dave,

I've followed your advise and removed notepad file from startup. It did not appear on the next reboot. But how about the original cause? How to fix it? Or is it just an one-time problem and notepad message was just an annoying leftover from it?

    Cheers,

    Hi Naj,

Probably to do with a facebook app or something similar you downloaded, but not much info to go on.

    Please navigate to:
Start > and type in search msconfig

Click on the startup tab and see if the debug service is running

if so uncheck the box and disable it, click on apply and reboot

and you should be good to go :)

    Cheers

    Hi Dave,

    No debug on the list.

All applications seem to work just fine. No error reports/messages. Seems like it's all right now.

    Cheers for your support!
