Strange BSOD Win7

Hello to all!

I have a Dell Inspiron m4050 2838 laptop with AMD E-450 CPU. Sometimes BSOD occurs and the system reboots. I tried to analyze minidump files using WinDBG tools without any luck. Any help will be very appreciated! Attached you can find all the crash dumps.

HDD Test your hard drive(s) as per instructions given here: Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure

RAM Test RAM as instructed here: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

   Note

Pay close attention to part 3 of the tutorial in order to rule out the faulty stick out

Errors are sometimes found after 8 passes.

   Tip

Do this test overnight, before going to bed.

If Memtest86+ does not find any errors with ram run Windows Memory Diagnostics for 7-8 passes following its tutorial: Memory Diagnostics Tool

Run SFC Scannow: SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Then run driver verifier and see if it catches any misbehaving drivers: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
