New computer BSOD everytime I play a game

I just got a new computer the other day. Custom built pc. I built it with gaming in mind. Everything seems to run fine, except when I try to play games.

A couple games will simply just crash to the desktop, while one in particular, Tera Online, will give me a BSOD. Often anywhere from a minute to 20 minutes into playing.

I've done a lot of research and troubleshooting over the last 2 days and I think I know the issue, I just have no idea how to fix it.

The blue screen error I get is System_Service_Exception. In event viewer at the time of the crash, it says this: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff80002f0625a, 0xfffff88018712eb0, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 020813-19141-01.

    I've already reinstalled windows once.

I also got a program called bluescreenview and this is what it showed up, https://i.imgur.com/la7v3uz.jpg

The top most red highlighted one seems to have to do with Broadcom Netlink, but those drivers are up to date. 100% sure. Device manager says they are, I installed them from the motherboard disk, and I looked online and the latest version I see of that is the one I have. The other one, I guess is a CPU thing? I'm not sure. But I have not overclocked my CPU or anything. It should still be set at default. I haven't touched it and when I am in Tera the speed seems to be fine.

I also know it's not overheating as I have 4 fans in my pc not including the 2 on the graphics card itself and with the fact that the game crashes so fast, it wouldn't have time to overheat.

Also keep in mind too that other games have crashed, just not as badly as this one. Others will take a longer time to crash and will just do it to the desktop.

I've attached my dxdiag as well if it helps. I'm at a loss right now and after 2 straight says of trying to fix this, I'm almost ready to give up.

    Hello pandaling.

I am thinking that it is something to do with the network driver, Broadcom NetLink Gigabit Ethernet NDIS6.x Unified Driver. Update it from http://www.broadcom.com/support/ethe...oaddrivers.php

But to have a clear view, we need to see some more things. Please post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

As I told you in my first post, it is Broadcom NetLink Gigabit Ethernet NDIS6.x Unified Driver that is failing here.
    Code:

    And that is old.

Update it from the link provided in the first post.

The display driver is also failing.

    Update your ATI/AMD display driver.
You can get it from the link in our forum, Latest AMD Catalyst Video Driver for Windows 7, or you may go to AMD Graphics Driver and Software and opt for Automatically Detect and Install the appropriate driver for your card.

During installation, you may opt for advanced installation, and install the display driver only, not the Catalyst Control Center.

Also Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

Wow and here my computer was telling me it was up to date and somehow in my search I couldn't find another version!

Ok, so stupid question is how do I install this driver, since it doesn't seem to be an .exe when I download it.

Also with the display drivers, I'm not sure I understand that because I already went to their website and got the latest one, did I do something wrong? Should I try and install it again?

The autodetect shows a driver from 2011. Is that right? Should that still be ok?

Ok, I updated both drivers, but still had a BSOD after about 5 min of playing the game. This time the error was: Driver_IRQL_Not_less_or_Equal.

This is what showed in bluescreenview: https://i.imgur.com/xx9IU9p.png

and I attached another zip if you need that too.

Do some general USB related troubleshooting. For the port, first, uninstall and reinstall the USB ports drivers.

    1. Right click on Computer icon > manage. It will open the computer management window.
    2. Click on "Device Manager" in the left pane, it will list all installed devices up.
    3. Expand "USB Serial Bus Controllers" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
    4. Click on one item to select, then right click and uninstall.
    5. Do the same for all.
    6. Restart the computer.
    7. At restart, windows will auto configure the appropriate drivers.

And, Disable USB Selective Suspense too.
USB Selective Suspend - Turn On or Off

For the devices, first, detach all the USB devices other than the keyboard and mouse.
Then, Update the drivers for them all, including the keyboard and mouse, if any third party drivers are installed for them.

How do I disable all the usb drivers when it just makes my keyboard and mouse stop working. None of the usbs listed seems to specify which one will turn it off. But I can't uninstall them all when suddenly my mouse won't work anymore.

I was forced to reboot when my mouse and keyboard stopped working and then when I came back, there was a usb controller listed in other devices with a yellow triangle next to it.

I told you not to disable but to uninstall. At what point it will be done, after the reinstall, everything will de auto installed.

Post a screenshot of the Device manager, so that I can understand which one is the problem there.
