Random BSODs 0x000000c4

Hi, i'm getting random BSODs 0x000000c4, usually while playing Starcraft II but im getting them also watching some live streams etc.

My pc specs:
i5 2500k (OC to 4.2GHz)
2x8GB Kingston HyperX 1600Hz CL9
Gigabyte GTX 560
Asrock p67 pro3
