Bad_pool_caller BSOD

Recently I've been getting some bad_pool_caller BSODs every few hours. Not sure what is causing it as it as happened both during gaming and surfing the web. I've uploaded the SF files.

I know the first thing someone would say is to update to SP1, but when I try to, I get error code 80073712 and I still have not been able to fix it.

Thanks for the help!

Unfortunately Your installation appears counterfeit which is most likely why you cannot update.
The product ID is that of an ACER/GATEWAY/PACKARD - your motherboard is a Gigabyte,
so it appears an Activation Exploit has been used to bypass activation and validation requirements.

Win 7,Professional,ACER/GATEWAY/PACKARD,XXXXX-OEM-8992671-00004

Manufacturer Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
Product Z77X-UD5H

You need to reformat and reinstall using genuine media.

Hi, First off I have read many reviews of this problem and I am looking to see if someone can take a look at my dump folder and tell me exactly what is going wrong or at least head me in the right direction. Seems to me that many different things could be causing this. Thank you so much!
