Bad_pool_caller BSOD

Recently I've been getting some bad_pool_caller BSODs every few hours. Not sure what is causing it as it as happened both during gaming and surfing the web. I've uploaded the SF files.

I know the first thing someone would say is to update to SP1, but when I try to, I get error code 80073712 and I still have not been able to fix it.

Thanks for the help!

Hi,

Unfortunately Your installation appears counterfeit which is most likely why you cannot update.
The product ID is that of an ACER/GATEWAY/PACKARD - your motherboard is a Gigabyte,
so it appears an Activation Exploit has been used to bypass activation and validation requirements.

Solution:

You need to reformat and reinstall using genuine media.
