    BSOD problem

I have been having this BSOD while gaming (Tribes Ascend) i have yet to see it do it without the game running. It seems to be a 124 error. What are some thoughts on narrowing this problem down. I have been using BlueScreenView to log this problem seems to be the same issues. Funny it was doing it a lot then stopped for a week now its back at it. Any thought will be appreciated.

OK i disabled any overclock i had in Catalyst Control Center. Went to the MoBo website and checked the BIOS. It is updated to the most current. I also grabbed the chipset driver there but i think it was older than the one i had installed so now CCC does not work. I did the Windows Memory Diagnostic which came back clean. I also went to Device Manager and clicked update driver on every single thing in there so everything is up to date that way. Going to get CCC working again and check some drivers on the manufaturer website to see if i see any discrepancies. I will keep you guys posted. Please feel free to lend a hand. Thanks much already. I am going to keep seeing if i can get her to crash while gaming.
