BSOD when Shutting Down or Restarting Computer

I'm not sure when the issue started. I usually don't shut down my computer to often but I recently started having to pay for Utilities and my computer is a bit power hungry. I don't get a BSOD every time that the computer shuts down but it is probably 60-70 percent of the time. The main culprit of the BSOD is "ntoskrnl.exe" with a bug check string of "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL".

Attached to the thread is the .zip file with the minidump files

Thank you for any help you give me.

Code:
BugCheck A, {0, 2, 0, fffff80003495f74}

Probably caused by : Wdf01000.sys ( Wdf01000!FxPkgPnp::_PowerProcessEventInner+39 )
Code:
Usual causes: Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility
Remove (at least to test):

Code:
Start Menu\Programs\Norton
Norton can sometimes be a cause for BSODs, I would recommend removing the program for least testing purposes, and then installing these free and lightweight programs:

Install and perform full scans with: Remember to install the free version of Malwarebytes not the free trail; untick the free trial box during installation. MSE is the most lightweight and compatible with the Windows 7 operating system.

You can also view this thread for a complete free and lightweight security protection combination:

I used to have norton installed but have recently replaced it with windows security essentials. The folder in the start menu should be empty. I have also ran a full scan with mse and nothing was found.

Have you scanned with Malwarebytes?

Scan for any missing, modified or corrupted protected Windows files with:

I performed a quick scan with Malwarebytes and also the sfc /scannow command. Nothing malicious as found with Malwarebytes and their were no integrity issues with my windows files.

I searched for Norton in my local_machine in regedit and found something under:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>Classes>Local Files>Software>Microsoft>Windows>shell>MuiCache

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>Microsoft>Directdraw>Compatibility>NortonSystemInfo
