Screen freeze, unresponsive, no BSOD.

Hi. Lately I've had a couple of computer freezes. It happens randomly, sometimes there can be days between each freeze.

When it happens, the screen freezes; the mouse is unresponsive but everything is still showing up on the screen. And if I have music on it stops and this high pitched sound starts playing. So no BSOD.... I End up having to do a hard reset or restart.

I have no idea about what is causing the problem. I need help logging all errors so I can start finding the root of the problem. How do I do that?
I've already tried looking at the event logger in Windows but as far as I could see there were no logs during the system freeze...

Hi tarjep,

It appears that either 'Volume Shadow Service (VSS) or Bonjour Service' could be causing trouble.

Code:
Event[35329]:
  Log Name: Application
  Source: VSS
  Date: 2013-02-18T15:50:44.000
  Event ID: 8193
  Task: N/A
  Level: Error

Event[35321]:
  Log Name: Application
  Source: Bonjour Service
  Date: 2013-02-18T13:00:34.000
  Event ID: 100
  Task: N/A
  Level: Error
You may want to try running 'Disk Check' to see if that helps. You may choose to scan and allow the utility to automatically fix the errors and recover bad sectors: Disk Check

If the issue persists, please share details of all 'backup software' (Including Windows Backup) working in the system. You may open 'Command Prompt' as an administrator and type the following 'commands' for more information:
'vssadmin list writers' (Without quotations)
'vssadmin list providers' (Without quotations)

You may also try re-installing 'iTunes' to see if that helps with the 'Bonjour Service'. iTunes 10.6.3 looks like the latest available install for 'Windows 7 64 bit' version: iTunes 10.6.3 for Windows (64 bit)
Note: Please ensure that you remove the currently installed version from the system completely and then restart the unit before attempting a fresh installation.

Hope this helps. Do reply with the findings.

Thanks!!! I have just done a disk check, so I will be waiting to see if that solves it... If not I'll continue down the list. Again, thank you so much for taking time to help!!!

It appears that you have pirated adobe software on your Pc each one of those entries is set up to block adobe software from communicating with licensing servers and then blocking the installed adobe products in fact it even has a comment on some of the lines giving the hackers alias whom likely created the software to edit the host file and block the servers in question:
