Something strange is going on here, in your first post you had windows 7 ultimate with you system info file mysteriously blank, but as soon as you were asked to give a windows genuine report you reformat with Home premium? The home premium as far as I can tell is genuine but the Windows ultimate that you had previously I am not so sure.

What antivirus are you using?
Take memtest. Run for 8 passes and test each stick in a know good slot for an additional 6 passes.
NotePay close attention to part 3 of the tutorial in order to rule out the faulty stick.
InformationErrors are sometimes found after 8 passes.
TipDo this test overnight, before going to bed.
If Memtest86+ does not find any errors with ram run Windows Memory Diagnostics for 7-8 passes following its tutorial:
