I have updated the bios recently

Though the issue seems to be with:
DRIVER_PAGE_FAULT_IN_FREED_SPECIAL_POOL ntoskrnl.exe

I am understanding this is a fairly generic bug so I am attemptimg to learn how to understand these dump files better. Maybe this is a USB driver issue?

It does appear that there was an issue with gdvr.sys which seemd to be related to a "Energy Saver" program from Gigabyte which I have since deleted and not seen a problem with since.

Additionally I ran chkdsk /F at boot time and it completed without finding file corruptions

Other than the SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION due to gdrv.sys (which I am not seeing any more) the crashes have been related to the following:

Actually Alkoh that ntoskrnl.exe came up in the forum very recently and I remember seeing this ntoskrnl.exe - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia and I seem to remeber it was a memory address problem but you can see from this it is an essential aprt of the OS.

Also I have to do some more reading on BSOD as you say you need to because BSOD comes up so often in posts so you might be interested I found these Demystifying the 'Blue Screen of Death' &

I happen to subscribe to the Techrepublic newsletter it is very informative although a little over my head sometimes LOL!!

Ok Alkoh I know this is frustrating but something that cna tried -
Disk Check and I notice in a few Googles that there are recommendations not to keep the Verifier turned on at all times so
To disable driver verification.
Start > type
Verifier
Enter.
Delete Existing Settings.
Click Finish.
Click Yes.
Click Ok.
Restart your PC

But run the chkdsk first mate.

I have ran Chkdsk a few times from boot and it has not found any issues.

I do not have driver verifier on because I can not load windows when it is on. As I mentioned before it will BSOD every time windows is about to start when verifier is on so I have to turn it off to use my computer.

Quite positive this is a driver issue. Looks like I will need to research what a DRIVER_PAGE_FAULT_IN_FREED_SPECIAL_POOL exception with ntoskrnl.exe means. It seems the issue is related to this based on the dump files but I am not clear on what to do next...

Ok mate but apart from going through the drivers one by one and finding the culprit that is going to be a chase of attrition but here is what I get from Google

Google

it just means working through this lot

Update Etron USB 3.0 Extensible Host Controller Driver from Etron Technology, Inc..

Update Gigabyte Easy Saver - mobo power utility driver from GIGABYTE. Problematic? The Best option is to uninstall all the Gigabyte software you have installed, like AutoGreen, EasyTune, etc. Those are called bloatware, and always unnecessary and problematic.

If you need further assistance on uninstalling Gigabyte stuff, upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.
  1. Click on the start button
  2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
  3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
  4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
  5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.
