BSOD searching web/ playing music, error 0x000000D1

    Hi

This is the first time using this forum so I hope I get this right.

For about two weeks now I've been getting a blue screen error message. It goes something like this.

    DRIVER_IRQL_NOT LESS OR EQUAL
    tcpip.sys - Adress 8CC8E002 base
    at 8CC2B000, Date stamp S0e4F16d
    STOP: 0X000000D1 (0X000000D10, 0X000000D2, 0X000000D1, 0X8CC8E002)

Any help would be much appreciated

    Thanks

    BrainFreeze123.

    Welcome to SevenForums.

Your BSOD-s were caused by Eset/Nos32 antivirus. As a test I would recommend uninstalling it with its removal tool and replacing with Microsoft Security Essentials.

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\ESET	Public:Start Menu\Programs\ESET	Public
Start Menu\Programs\ESET\ESET Smart Security	Public:Start Menu\Programs\ESET\ESET Smart Security	Public
    Microsoft Security Essentials.

Recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability compared to other antiviruses/internet security software. It is free and lightweight:-

       Warning
Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

Perform a System File Check to check the integrity of all protected Windows 7 :
    1. Click on the start
    2. Type CMD on Search
    3. Left click and Run as Administrator
    4. Type
      Code:
      SFC /scannow

    Full tutorial here:

Disk Check on your hard drive for file system errors and bad sectors on it.

Number down items at start-up. Keep only your anti-virus, this also improves the time for logging into windows.

Update this driver: Driver Reference Table - netr28.sys
    Code:
    netr28
    start end module name
    9320b000 932ac000 netr28 T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: netr28.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\netr28.sys
        Image name: netr28.sys
        Timestamp: Fri Sep 11 11:20:24 2009 (4AA9DE18)
        CheckSum: 000A3142
        ImageSize: 000A1000
        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
    In the following manner:
Sometimes drivers remain, not completely uninstalled. Follow this tutorial for complete removal of drivers of the particular program:
