    Here's some choices for you:
    Newegg.ca - Computer Hardware, Motherboards, AMD Motherboards, AM3+, AMD, AMD 970
    Foxconn isn't a reliable brand but your may still be under warranty if you'd want to try that route.

    You might have a look in your BIOS, Hardware section and see what volts are shown for 12V, 5V, and 3.3V. Try setting the BIOS to defaults, usually pressing F5 then save changes will do it.
