BSOD moments after starting up PC

Hi, I earlier today i was just browsing reddit and other websites like normal, no suspicious sites or anything, when Suddenly i got BSOD.

This computer is relatively new (about 2 or 3 years old) and this happened when i installed a new Graphics card a few years ago, however i managed to stop it and i don't know how.

But now it's happening again and i want it to be done for good if possible.

Here's the dmp file in a rar below

Please run the SF Tool again as there is a lot of data missing from the logs.

Click the "Grab All" button and wait for each window to pop up and then click ok.

Here are the instructions for posting:

Alright, I had to do every one seperately, for some reason grab all wasn't working.

However, it wouldn't let me run the HOSTS one..

    Hi,

Your crashes are related to NETIO.SYS and when this happens it is usually related to a malware app (see below)
Firstly remove your McAfee, from a testing point of view.
You can always re-install at a later date if you wish.

As an alternative install Microsoft Security Essentials.
Recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability
compared to other antiviruses/internet security software.

Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows

The malware app i refered to is AV Security 2012.
This is a fake anti-malware application and needs removing by following this guide:

    http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=99664

Remove Free Registry Cleaner from your system as Window 7 does not need it and it may do more
    harm than good.

Download and install updates and device drivers for your computer from Windows Update.

After the above scan for viruses using one of the following programs:

Also Check your hard disk for errors:

Run chkdsk /f/r in an elevated command prompt:

Click on the Start > Type in search cmd
Right click cmd at top and Run as Administrator
At the command prompt please type: chkdsk /f/r
(Note: there is a space between chkdsk and /f/r)

Please post any feedback or another log if you experience another crash.

    Cheers

    Dave
