bsod Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power Event ID: 41
hi we have just bought a windows 7 32 bit laptop when doing windows updates it shuts down all of a sudden and i get a error , the laptop has 4gb ram and 4.6 processor this error has happened 3 times since we got the laptop yesterday thanks
