So far DV has been running for 24 hours and I haven't gotten another BSOD.

Disable DV then.

the usual cause I find (with the exception of buggy drivers/graphics drivers), is with the game itself,
usually a patch is needed or the game needs to be re-installed or sometimes the computer cant

And if it is an on-line game you have to look at lagging / latency / ping related issues etc.

I think its a possible endless pit, with no one solution, but I have found a few solutions

Seen a real lot of crashes in Steam, all are as same as what he told here .... no feasible solution for a long term.
