Windows 7: BSOD both random and while playing games 3 stop codes

BSOD 3 stop codes, Web Browsing, War of Roses, Dark Orbit, amniesia

i have been getting random blue screens of death and my cd-drive driver has packed in now too

i have had 3 stop codes

stop 0x0000009D i think was one and the other is

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

LAST bsod was casued by mouse but i re-installed the driver over the top, my cd drive driver decided to fail but i have unplugged it from motherboard and still getting bsod... no longer have a clue what to do
