Also, and let me apologize first if this sounds ridiculous, but is there any chance this could be some kind of weird USB issue? I was just thinking about the last few times I had a bluescreen, and I am almost positive just about every time there was something plugged into the front panel USB port. I say just about every time because I'm not sure it HAS been every time.....but the last few times for sure. Either my cell, or a Kindle or a hard drive in an enclosure.

Just something I thought might be important.

Ran CHKDSK and SFC.......no integrity violations in SFC. Here is the CBS Log you requested.

There are no significant errors in the CBS log (which covers a lot more than just the SFC scan :) )

USB problems can give rise to some weird errors - and it's possible that they are involved somewhere.

It's also possibly because your installation is counterfeit.

Kelly, this may not be your problem or the cause, but I've had that happen to me a few times. It has always been an unstable overclock that I thought was stable, as I recall. Once I went back to bios, reset defaults, and re stabilized the overclock, everything went fine. I just never thought of MSE as a stand in for Prime95.

There might be contention between MSE and Defender. MSE should turn off Defender, but.....

I set everything back to defaults about 2 months ago, and did the re-adjusting to get back to where I wanted....then tested it with Intel Burn Test, and Prime95, and Aida64. When the blue screens first started, I even set it back to defaults and ran it stock for awhile. As far as MSE goes, I used it for several years and all of a sudden it started freaking out on me during Full Scans. I uninstalled and reinstalled, checked that Defender was disabled, and it kept doing it. Quick scans are fine, and it used to do a full scan fine......I don't know what happened to it. Eventually I gave up on it and started using avast, which I really liked, but it looks like it may be a problem. I've not had a bluescreen since I uninstalled it, but it was too random to say if that was the source yet.

I may try taking it back to defaults and letting it run like that IF I get another bluescreen without avast on my system.

    Thanks for the suggestions.

EDIT: I did check to make sure Windows Defender was off......and it was.

This makes me think something might of got in your computer and turned Windows 7 on it head. Infection, bad driver ect. A MGADiag report might help figure this out.
