    BSOD and BlackSOD ntoskrnl.exe

    Dear BSOD experts,

    I'm posting a blue and sometimes black screen of death in name of a friend.
    Situation: brand new Asus UX32VD zenbook is having some BSOD and screen blackout problems. First time I started the notebook (only 14 days ago) the screen remained plain black although the led lights indicated the computer was starting up. This problem reoccurs most of time after coming out of sleep or shut down. Sometimes it also happens while I'm using the computer (internet or word use only).
    I think the blue and black screen faults are related. The details of the BSOD are in the zip file included and you can (probably?) see when I had to shut down the pc because the screen is just black.

    The notebook is brand new, no special software or extra hardware installed. No overclocking, no daemon tools, only Microsoft Essentials as virus scanner, ...

    Actions taken so far:
    scannow /sfc
    updated intel and nvidia drivers
    virus scan
    WhoCrashed reports following errors:
    ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x75C40)
    Bugcheck code: 0xE1 (0xFFFFF800039C8C00, 0x2, 0xFFFFFA8003CFB010, 0xFFFFFA8003CFB010)
    and
    ntkrnlmp.exe (nt!KeBugCheckEx+0x0)
    Bugcheck code: 0xE1 (0xFFFFF800039C8C00, 0x2, 0xFFFFFA8003CFB010, 0xFFFFFA8003CFB010)

    I hope someone can help me out here. Please tell me if you need extra information!

    Thanks already!

    Greetings

    Please enable driver verifier and allow it to crash your computer, once it has crashed yur computer post the new files here.

    Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

    Tip: If you can not boot windows normally after enabling driver verifier, please enter safe mode by pressing the F8 key before the windows logo appears, then disable driver verifier from safe mode.

    Also for the sake of testing please uninstall McAfee using the McAfee Removal Tool. Then replace it with a combination of MSE and Mbam. Tip: be sure to uncheck the box offering to start a free trial when installing Mbam

    It looks like the cause is the intel rapid storage drivers:

    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *
    *                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
    *                                                                             *
    *******************************************************************************

    Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

    I installed the attached file by going to hardware manager, choosing the intel chipset SATA AHCI controller and manually selecting updates from my computer. It rebooted two times. So I think the driver is now installed.

    Apparently, the notebook crashed (black screen of death) this morning after coming from sleep mode. So I believe that the driver is not installed correctly or the problem is somewhere else. Driver verifier again?
