BSOD while updating Java & browsing chrome

I got a BSOD a few minutes back. Java was updating and I was browsing chrome(2 tabs open). I restarted and till now no BSOD. Windows notified it has recovered from crash. I think it might be related to the Java update. Not sure.

I had BSOD and screen lines before(check BSOD probably due to Graphics card). After that I repaired my graphics card(the repair guy said some memory problem). It has been 2-3 weeks since the repair and there has not been any issues so far(played Assassin's creed Revelations for 6-7 hrs last weekend with CPU overclocked to 3.3 GHz) except for this BSOD today. I am uploading the SF_Diagnostic_Tool zip file. Hope some of you can take a look and give some suggestions as to where the problems(Is it the graphics card again?). I will also post any further BSODs if any. Thanks

    Here are my specs
    Processor: amd phenom quad 940BE
    motherboard: BIOSTAR TFORCE TA790GXB
    Ram: Transcend 2x2GB ddr2 800mhz
    Graphics card: Powercolor HD4870 1GB
harddisk:Seagate barracuda 1TB and Western digital green 640GB
    smps: Corsair VX450
