Getting BSOD usually while downloading from torrent

I have been getting BSOD very frequently. It was not very frequent at start. I searched for the solution and found many information related to problem with Daemon Tools SPTD driver. I have stopped using Daemon Tools since then. I even uninstalled Utorrent and switched to Tixati as someone suggested that it might also be creating problems. But I got the same BSOD error with Tixati too. So I switched back to Utorrent. Since last 2 days even with Utorrent everything was working fine. I was able to download file as big as 2.2 GB. But today early morning, I again got a BSOD while downloading a 1.45GB movie. I know that size of the file should not matter. But I am unable to figure out the exact problem. I found out that the problem is related to NETIO.SYS. So I even updated all my drivers. I am attaching the Diagnostic file for your reference. Please help me sorting out the problem.
