    BSOD error 0x000000E1, please help

My computer has recently started getting the bsod for a reason i am not sure of, and it is incredivl annoying, happening several times a day. I believe all my drivers are up to date (I went yhrough them and told windows to search automatically for updates, so i'm out of ideas). I am also getting the mesage "WORKER_THREAD_RETURNED_AT_BAD_IRQL." I ran Blue screen View the file "ntoskrnl.exe" is the only file in red. I will attach a dump file, someone please help! Oh and additionally, this seems to happen more frequently when i am torrenting something, dunno if that will help, or if it is even true, just something i noticed.

    Code:
    BugCheck E1, {fffff8000397fc00, 2, fffffa80072588d0, fffffa80072588d0}

    Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!IopProcessWorkItem+0 )
    Code:
    Usual causes: Device driver
    Code:
    2: kd> ln fffff8000397fc00
    (fffff800`0397fc00) nt!IopProcessWorkItem | (fffff800`0397fc48) nt!NtWaitForMultipleObjects
    Exact matches:
        nt!IopProcessWorkItem (<no parameter info>)
The BSOD is not revealing much information, and is blaming a Windows driver, which is most likely not the cause of the crash.

You also haven't uploaded all the necessary files for us to help you, please follow these instructions again carefully:

Your EventApp and EventSys folders are empty for some reason. Please try uploading a MSINFO32 manually, using these steps:

    Start > Type: msinfo32 > File, Save

Run Driver Verifier to scan for any corrupted drivers which may be causing problems, this program works by running various stress tests on drivers, in order to produce a BSOD which will locate the driver; run for least 24 hours:

Please upload your msinfo32.nfo file. To get this: Start Menu -> Type msinfo32 into the Search programs and files box -> When it opens, go to File, Save -> Save as msinfo32.nfo and save in a place you will remember -> Let it finish the process of gathering and saving the system info -> Right click the .nfo file, click send to compressed (zipped) folder -> Upload the .zip file here.

Please upload your msinfo32.txt file. To get this: Start Menu -> Type msinfo32 into the Search programs and files box -> When it opens, go to File, Export -> Save as msinfo32.txt and save in a place you will remember -> Let it finish the process of gathering and saving the system info -> Right click the .txt file, click send to compressed (zipped) folder -> Upload the .zip file here.

McAfee is a frequent cause of BSOD's, Please remove it using its removal tool from here: Uninstallers (removal tools) for common antivirus software - ESET Knowledgebase

We recommended Microsoft Security Essentials from a strict BSOD perspective. Is most compatible & provides most stability compared to other antivirus app/Internet Security Software.

       Warning
Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

Perform a System File Check to check the integrity of all protected Windows 7 :
    1. Click on the start
    2. Type CMD on Search
    3. Left click and Run as Administrator
    4. Type
      Code:
      SFC /scannow

    Full tutorial here:

Check your hard drive(s) for errors by running chkdsk

Number down items at start-up. Keep only your anti-virus, this also improves the time for logging into windows.
