Two different BSOd's in two days, happens randomly

    Hello everyone,

I recently installed a new motherboard and I think that may be the cause of my problems. I tried reading the dump files myself, but I'm no expert. What I picked out (from the two most recent BSOD's) is a USB 3.0 Accelerator (ASUS software) driver failure BSOD and a CPU hardware failure BSOD. Clarification and a recommended course of action would be much appreciated. I've included my dump files in the requested format.

    Thanks in advanced,

Perhaps the zip is not properly zipped .... it is not being extracted properly.

    Try it one more time?
