BSOD only in Sim City - ntoskrnl.exe

I have just started getting BSOD when using a specific game - Sim City.

Sometimes after 10 mins, then not for another 3 hours.

The word that seems to appear in log most is ntoskrnl.exe.

I spoke to MS via live chat and they suggested without much detail to do Windows 7 repair, I am thinking it is driver related - but which one I have no idea.

My files are attached, any help much appreciated.

    Also note:

The BSODs are caused by ASUS Xonar DG Audio Device driver.

Thanks so much, I will do this today.

Regarding the sound drivers, when i look in Device manager it also lists:

    NVIDIA High Definition Audio
    VIA High Definition Audio

Are these drivers, or just reference to sound capabilities ? So do I need to Uninstall these ?.

    Under Mice
There is HID compliant mouse - is this also neded ?
It also lists Logitech G500 - whoch is fine as for my true mouse.

I will update you when done.

Dont uninstall the VIA HD audio.

If updating ASUS Xonar fail to stop the BSODs, it may be needed to shift to that one.
If any updated driver is found for the Logitech mouse, get it.

Puzzled why I cannot see reference to Zonar driver issue on my dumps....

If you remove the Xonar card, does it still BSODs? Take it as a test. Let us know. Depending on the result we have to decide other next steps.
