In that case, dont need to run memtest again.

Update the display driver. If the BSODs even occur, we will guide you through the BIOS update; and it does not need any HDD formatting at all :)

    Stress test the CPU.
Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95

As intelppm.sys is involved, this check is needed.

Tcpip.sys error may cause due to various reasons. Will get home back within two hours and will check what is there behind the tcpip.sys failure.

Your JMicron PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Adapter driver seems to be causing some problems, and is very outdated, this may also be the cause behind the TCPIP.sys being referenced in one of the BSODs.

    Cheers, my friend !!!!
It is the thing behind the tcpip.sys error, and you found it rightly

I would also suggest to update ELAN PS/2 Port Smart Pad driver.
    Code:

It is causing all the i8042prt errors here. Update it from ELAN Microelectronics Corp.

    Update your ATI/AMD display driver.
    Code:
    fffff880`04801000 fffff880`053b4000 atikmdag T (no symbols)

You can get it from the link in our forum, Latest AMD Catalyst Video Driver for Windows 7, or you may go to AMD Graphics Driver and Software and opt for Automatically Detect and Install the appropriate driver for your card.

During installation, you may opt for advanced installation, and install the display driver only, not the Catalyst Control Center.

    Let us know the results.
