We need more info to debug properly. Why dont you just follow the BSOD posting instructions? Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

And next time, run the SF Diag tool as instructed.

Have you taken the memtest as suggested?

Uninstall AVG using AVG Remover. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Free up the startup. Dont place anything there other than the antivirus program (MSE in the changed case). It will not stop any functionality at all. Windows 7 does not need any other program to be auto started with it; rather the auto start programs often cause issues. You can call any program anytime from start > all programs. They need not be auto started and running in the background.

    1. Click on the Start button
    2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
    3. Select the “Startup” tab.
    4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
    5. Apply > OK
    6. Accept then restart.

Update the network driver. It is very old here.
    Code:
    fffff880`0534a000 fffff880`053b4000 Rt64win7 (deferred)
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\Rt64win7.sys
        Image name: Rt64win7.sys
        Timestamp: Wed Feb 16 14:33:57 2011 (4D5B92FD)
        CheckSum: 000754A7
        ImageSize: 0006A000
        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
First, download the network card driver from manufactuer's website, Realtek
Then reinstall the driver as follows:

    1. Click the Start Button, type "devmgmt.msc" (without quotation marks) in the Start Menu Search box and press Enter.
    2. Double click to expand "Network adaptors".
    3. Right click your network card and click Uninstall.
    4. Check "Delete driver software for this device" check box, click OK.
    5. Restart the computer
    6. If windows does not auto configure the appropriate drivers at startup, install the downloaded one manually, following Driver Install - Device Manager

    Let us know the results.

Scan the system for possible virus infection.
