Crash error, dump inside.

I downloaded the SF_Diagnostic Tool, ran it using the administration option but when I press the grab all button. It returns unhandler exceptions error. I do however have a dump file that I used WhoCrash to read.

I upgraded my NVIDIA yesterday to latest and it still freezes and crashing randomly so that didn't fix the issue. Also I just tried updating the iastorv.sys driver using the download link that you provided but when I run the exe, it says that my computer doesn't meet the requirement. Looking forward to your next reply, hope I can get this issue fixed.

John , the serial number you gave me says the OS is a 64-bit OS . Are you running a 64bit or a 32bit OS . To check right click on computer and choose Properties . Under System look for System Type .
