    How would I go deleting the Asus Charger Driver? DriverFusion won't find it. Sorry, I'm kind of new at this sort of thing.
    Oh wait, it found something by Asus, but below it, it says "Sound".
    And nothing pops up when I scan it.

    What is an Asus software doing on an ACER laptop ? Your system specs says you have an ACER .

    Please provide the model number of your laptop

    Open up a command prompt window . Click on button type in CMD in the Search box and press ENTER key . Enter the command that you see below inside the command window .

       Note

    Its ok of the command opens up to C:\Users\{UserName}>_


    To get the serial number

    Code:
    wmic bios get serialnumber
    To get the model number enter this command

    It might be the new hard drive that I installed back in 2012.
