    Constant crashes and blue screens

Hi for the past around 6 months plus ive been constantly getting BSODs and crashes. my computer is fairly new all components were brand new and i have currently just upgraded my graphics card around 2 weeks ago so i don't think it has anything to do with that. so if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated these errors have been bothering me for too long now :/. these errors appear any time im on the computer from the moment i turn it on it may instantly happen. all my desktop icons will disappear and then it will blue screen. other times my applications will just close and blue screen.

There's a couple of rather important drivers - the SiSraid, and Adaptec(?) drivers - which predate Windows 7 by a year or more.

What hardware are they for? - are there more up-to-date drivers available from the manufacturer's website?

A stop 0xF4 is basically a storage device related bugcheck. This BSOD indicates that something is having bad bearing on the storage devices, and the access to storage is being blocked.

Now the question is, what may be blocking it.

It may be your SSD's firmware that is not up to date. So first try to update your OCZ-AGILITY3's firmware.

It may be the file system monitoring driver of an ambitious antivirus, and McAfee is the topmost guilty in this regard. Uninstall McAfee Using McAfee Removal Tool. Positively. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Do these two and report us back. Also, you have some unwanted elements in startup. Free up the startup.

    1. Click on the Start button
    2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
    3. Select the “Startup” tab.
    4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
    5. Apply > OK
    6. Accept then restart.

    Let us know the results.
