It doesn't matter where you bought it (the shop location). If the RAID controller is embedded, find the make and model of the motherboard and use that info to look on the motherboard manufacturer's site for an updated "VIA RAID Controller" driver. Otherwise, try working out the precise model of the controller itself and use that as a starting point for a driver search.

As a last resort, don't use RAID.

Go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter.
Save the report as an .nfo file
Zip up the .nfo file and upload the .zip file with your next post.

This will most likely give us the information on your motherboard and it's devices.

Can you guys help me debug my problem? I got almost an identical error with accompanying blue screen. See attached .zip file for the dump.

About a week ago I seem to have fixed a problem with the display driver that kept saying "The display driver stopped responding and has successfully restarted". I don't know if this blue screen I got today is related but I thought I'd mention it anyway.

Can you guys help me?

Hmm, okay. Virtually every other forum I have been a member of has always preferred that I keep things in the same thread if it relates to the same problem so people have fewer places to look for a solution. But I'll go ahead and start another thread about this issue.
