can you go into c:\windows\minidump, zip the dump file (*.dmp) and upload it to u s so we can debug it?

According to the web, that's a "VIA RAID driver". I'd suggest you work out where you got it from in the first place (motherboard vendor perhaps, if the RAID controller is integrated?), and then seek an updated Win7-compliant version of the driver. Let your favourite search engine do the hard work.
