    can you go into c:\windows\minidump, zip the dump file (*.dmp) and upload it to u s so we can debug it?

    If you reinstall Windows and put back all the same drivers with all the same bugs, all the same crashes are likely to occur again.

    According to the web, that's a "VIA RAID driver". I'd suggest you work out where you got it from in the first place (motherboard vendor perhaps, if the RAID controller is integrated?), and then seek an updated Win7-compliant version of the driver. Let your favourite search engine do the hard work.

    i've buyed my motherboard 3 years ago so i forget where i did that...
