    BSOD, Win 7 Update SP1, error 0x27, mrxsmb.sys,

So, this computer has been out of commission since November, at that point, I had started getting errors, BSOD in particular, all of which were different STOP codes, so I gave up on it then, Stuck it in the closet and pulled out the old iMac, slow as hell, but it squeezed by and got the job done, all without crashing. I eventually got to the point where the iMac just wasn't fast enough and pulled the ol' PC out and started running every test I could think of. When I got to the RAM testing, Memtestx86, I ran the test on all 4 sticks, 6-15 passes, and came up with no errors, this is each stick alone, in Slot 1. After determining my Ram Sticks were good, I proceeded to test Slot #2, after about 10 passes, all was good, so I put 2 sticks in those and run with 8gb of Ram VS my regular 16, anyways, I still get BSOD but this time, from memory, these are different than the ones I was receiving prior.
Today I have had a few Windows Updates fail, at least 5 BSOD, one with 0xC4, 0x3B, and one 0x27.

I'm literally to my breaking point, where everything Windows Help tells me is to install a hotfix, which after installing and rebooting, usually results in another BSOD, I have no clue what to do anymore.

I'm not one that asks for help, I consider myself a Computer Geek, but I need help.

Have formatted HDD and rewrote 1's and 0's to it, reinstalled Windows multiple times, cleaned the registry.
The only new thing that has been added to it is the Nvidea Graphics Card, and honestly the problems started after a month with that. Though, I have removed it and booted up without it and still got BSOD'd

    SF zip is attached,

Only one dump file in there which is blaming a windows supplied driver which obviously cant be faulty, recommend you run an sfc scan

If you need any more help please upload an MGADiag report for your machine
