BSOD at startup, cant repair startup

i had a bsod 3 days ago with no reason when its at Welcome screen and my startup items are not loaded at all(all drivers programs etc.). i tried to reboot and my pc gone wild. it cant even see welcome screen cuz of bsods. also i am having black screens when booting up. sometimes its just freezes before welcome screen with distorted pixels on screen. it starts with no reasons. i didnt install anything before that.

tried to change my bios settings to default nothing happened. i also cant repair my startup cuz i am having an error when i choose my layout at very beginning of repair thing, recenv.exe or something like that with 0x038972(sth like this) error. tried f8 and last good config. but nothing changed.

i reinstalled windows 2 times just for solving this. when i reinstall nothing happens for first startup. then its same again. i've never oc'd my pc. its all default settings. i hear that voices even when i mute all voices comes from my pc.

i upload my last bsod dumps and sfc scannow logs and msinfo32 for today and my specs are

    win7 64bit
    cpu i5 2500k
gpu msi gtx 560 ti twin frozr oc 2
    rams 8(2x4)gb corsair lp 1600mhz
psu 600w xilence r3 gaming psu
    mb gigabyte d3sh z77
sandisk extreme sata 3 120gb ssd, seagate barracuda 500gb, samsung 80gb
controllers blackwidow, deathadder 2, ms intellipoint wireless mouse

btw i also hear strange noises from my pc after my last reinstall. actually hearing cpu and hdd noise from my speakers. so weird. dont know what to do but its really annoying.

    upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

    1. Click on the start button
    2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
    3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
    4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
    5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

Can you upload it as a .nfo file? if you zip the nfo, it will not be tough to upload it.
Scrolling is harder than clicking, you know

Upload it in the next post, dont need to edit the original post for every upload.

Save the .nfo on the desktop.
    Zip it. https://www.nebraska.gov/NREC/real/realzipfiles.html
    Upload the zip.

    Everybody does it.

You seemed to have saved the file in the wrong file format, please follow these steps:

Start > Type: msinfo32 > File, Save > Zip a File or Folder - How To > Upload in next post (do not edit original post)

This file will not contain any personal information or product keys for registered software. The file will list the drivers, software and hardware for your system.

Is this a different machine/install or still the counterfeit windows install you been posting about earlier in the year

Going on the fact you dont want to upload unedited files from the SF tool i assume it is still counterfeit

Please post a MGADiag report Windows Genuine and Activation Issue Posting Instructions
