If you get a BSOD upload the dmp file so we could see what caused this BSOD

also im using frostwire to download torrents, can that cause issues? asking because i have been using it for a long time on 32bit win professional xp n 7

I don't use torrents but I know you get other things from there like viruses . I'm not on a PC to check the dmp file out for you at the moment . Using an iPad . Do you recall any files being listed on the BSOD ?

NETIO.SYS wud be the thing that shows everytime on screen with 0x00000001d something and i am using avast free for few days but after these problems started not before thinking it maybe a virus but nothing found, i always try to keep my pc or laptop clean so i try to be prepared for the risks of using torrents

What is the model of your external USB wifi device ?

Make sure the internal wifi switch is off .

The same driver seems to be causing the problem here, the driver from reading the below article, seems to be linked to external WiMax Modem.

my internal wifi is always switched off, and my usb wifi modem is a Banglalion WiMax modem
the WiMAX network adaptor details are

Open device manager. Locate the +Network and right click on the USB WiMAX device . Choose properties click on The details tab. On the drop down menu under property choose Hardware Ids and do a PrntScrn of that and upload it here .
