Both Windows and Office installations are counterfeit.
The Office install is based on a Blocked Volume Key
The Windows install is using an Acer OEM_SLP Key only valid on Acer motherboards - while your motherboard appear to be an MSI one, as does the SLIC table in the BIOS
For this install to be 'activated' would require the presence of an Activation Exploit (i.e. a hack) which can do strange things to a machine.

You need to reformat and reinstall using genuine media and Key.
For what version and edition of Windows is the machine licensed, according to the COA sticker on the case??

Since the machine is at the RTM level, installing SP1 would almost certainly break the hack/Exploit - and is a possible way to make the system genuine assuming the COA sticker is for Ultimate.

If reformat is needed then i will reformat it. I think it was only for Home basic but after having issues(heavy gaming usage fried HD),Ultimate was installed. Thanks for the replies.

The COA sticker on the case will tell you for which edition the machine is licensed.
you can ONLY legally install that edition (and then apply any upgrade you may have purchased).
