Removed VNC.
I don't know why the Intel Driver didn't update, apparently Windows Update had an error.
I'll do that one again.
And i'm not supposed to update my graphics driver unless dell gives me an update for it.

Did you remove Avast using the link I provided?
Did you install MSSE instead?

Dell won't update those drivers most probably, their last update was back in 2011.
