Well it does not appear the Nividia Driver is a fault, the error is pointing toward DirectX again:
DirectX Graphics MMSStop message 0x00000050 Descriptive text: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
Usual cause: Requested data is not found in memory. This might be caused by a printer driver or remote access driver.

Invalid system memory was referenced. This cannot be protected by try-except,it must be protected by a Probe. Typically the address is just plain bad or it is pointing at freed memory.
Attempt to update DirectX if it will allow you to do so, either by Windows updates or from the following link:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=17431
If that fails try the Windows hotfix found here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/974431
There might be a possibility of bad memory.
Take memtest. Run for 8 passes and test each stick in a know good slot for an additional 6 passes.

Please post back any progress / observations.
